🌿 Counselling Services
Support that meets you where you are emotionally and physically
Life can bring challenges that feel overwhelming, especially when your health, mobility, or independence changes.
Counselling offers a safe, caring space to talk through what you’re feeling, understand what’s happening underneath, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
At All About You Counselling, I provide gentle, person-centred support for adults of all ages, with a special focus on older adults and people living with reduced mobility or disability.
Sessions can take place at West Faversham Community Centre, or in the comfort of your own home if travelling is difficult.
I visit clients in Faversham, Canterbury, Sittingbourne, Whitstable, Herne Bay and nearby rural villages.

🧡 My Specialism: Supporting Older Adults & Reduced Mobility
Changes in health or mobility can affect every part of life: your routine, your confidence, your relationships, even your sense of identity.

I listen carefully and help you explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.
